I’m a Leadership Coach with over a decade of experience working with leaders at every stage of their journey—from seasoned executives ready to challenge their status quo, to emerging leaders looking to define and sharpen their leadership style for greater impact.

I’ve had the opportunity to live and work in five different countries, collaborating with leaders at top companies like Genentech, Bain Capital, IDEO, and Burberry, as well as innovative startups like CookPad and Sparxo. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of how culture shapes leadership and decision-making across different parts of the world. I bring this global perspective into my coaching practice, focusing on inclusion and development to help leaders navigate the complexities of a diverse, interconnected world.
